The Portsmouth Gas Light Co. Teams Up With Summer Sessions and NH Surfrider Foundation To Kick Off the Beach Season

On May 2nd, the Portsmouth Gas Light Co. will be hosting a summer season opener. Summer Sessions Surf Shop of Rye, NH will be providing an array of door prizes as well as heating up the party by sponsoring a beach fashion show and premiering Rip Curl's new surf DVD. There will also be a surfboard showcase displaying the new 2008 models from Rusty, Hawaiian Island Creations, and Sharp Eye. This is the perfect way to see this summer's hottest styles and preview the newest advances in surfboard technology.

A portion of the door proceeds will go to The NH Surfrider Foudation, a non-profit organization committed to keeping our beaches clean and protecting our coastline. They will be giving our guests all the info they need to enjoy the summer surf and help protect our oceans. This is a great excuse to shake-off the cold and welcome the beach season in-style.
