Our corporate outings and team-building seminars have become a favorite among many local areas businesses. Summer Sessions has solved the problem that every manager/business owner grapples with: "How can I show employee appreciation and create greater company unity in a fun and engaging way?"

Summer Sessions offers custom half or full-day programs that give your team a chance to get out and share in learning the basics of an incredible sport.

Although surfing is intrinsically individual, the learning curve is eased and accelerated by interaction between students. There is something incredibly special about sharing this learning experience alongside your colleagues. Surfing will become a bond that your employees will carry long after the outing ends.

Because each session is designed to meet the specific needs each company, there is no standard itinerary. However, our outings are always designed to meet certain surfing and team building goals including:

We have worked with a wide-range of business and our instructors have taught people from five years old to 65 years old. All you need is an adventurous spirit and a positive attitude!

Below are brief descriptions of the corporate outings we have run for other Seacoast companies to help you see the breadth and flexibility of our outing programs.

MicroArts Creative Agency
The MicroArts team was truly committed to seeing their surf and corporate unity progress over the course of the summer. So, instead of creating one full-day lesson, they decided to run a weekly surf outing. From June through August we held Friday morning surf clinics before work. This gave the team something to look forward to each week, and gave us the opportunity to see their progress as a unit and as individual surfers. The program was so successful they are returning again this season for Friday sessions!

Cooke Associates
Peter Cooke contacted us with one goal in mind: To create a corporate outing that would help strengthen the corporate ethics and unity Cooke Associates espouses. With Mr. Cooke's guidance and this goal in mind, we created a program that helped incorporate team building exercises and surf instruction into an afternoon of food and fun. In addition to the surf instruction, we organized a clam-bake and volleyball game that rounded out a spectacular beach day. Interested in some testimonials?
